4-on-4 plus goalies
No body checking
Three-minute warm-up
Two 20-minute run-time halves
One-minute halftime break
Clock stops in the last 3 minutes if within a 3-goal differential
Three-player shootout to break tied regular-season session
Ten-minute sudden victory overtime period to decide a tied playoff session, followed by a shootout

Only true reciprocal requests will be honoured. For example, if Player A requests to play with Player B, then Player B must reciprocate by requesting Player A for the friend request to be considered valid.
